1. Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as when received
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will send you a return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

5. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning a product due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind or other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at supportuse@shaklyraaizap.world with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy.

10. Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under New Zealand consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
